Camphor

“Camphor oil has been used for a variety of purposes, including as a remedy for cold and cough symptoms, as a pain reliever, and as a natural insect repellent. The oil has a strong, menthol-like scent and a cooling sensation when applied topically.
In aromatherapy, camphor oil is often used to promote relaxation and relieve stress. It can also be used to improve respiratory function and alleviate congestion. It should be noted, however, that camphor oil should be used with caution and in moderation, as it can be toxic in large doses.”
